I have been working with SBD (Todd and Greg) for almost 6 months now, and I am extremely impressed in the thoroughness, dedication, and follow-up they provide our staff.  

They trained our front office on how to schedule appts properly, on how to bring their spouse to the hearing test, and they have worked with our audiologists/dispensers on how to sell hearing aids and deal with patient’s objections. They make sure that everyone is on board with promos, and now they are setting up our system so they can implement the usage of KPI’s for the AHB business.  Other groups I have worked with teach you a lot of this but never follow-up or do any of the implementation work themselves.

I was fortunate enough to have a friend and outside sales rep from one of the major hearing aid companies recommend Greg Sanchez and the SBD company to me. Even though this would mean that I would not be a direct buyer with that specific hearing aid company, they knew that it would help my business grow financially and it would help me tighten up a few things and become more profitable. So, they gave me his name. All I can say is that in coming up on a year since he’s been working with me, my business has grown financially. He’s helped streamline the procedures in my office and make amazing recommendations all around that have made my business so much better than I ever dreamed of!
